DESIGN CONSULTING
Whether residential or commercial properties, living spaces or properties up for sale, as your design and organization consultant, Lita offers guidance, resources and support to help clients achieve design and organizational expectations. Services include consulting, planning, operational engagement and project management.
Step 1
Consulting: Walkthrough / Online Review
Working locally or with use of technology online, guidance begins with an initial consulting session, at no cost, for up to 15 minutes. The focus of the initial consultation is on client goals, budget, timeline and areas for address to achieve objectives.
Step 2
Planning Session: Strategy and Tactics
After an initial consultation, a client agreement and just $85.00 allows the planning of strategy and tactics to begin. This second stage of the process is key for successful outcomes. Utilizing notes from the consulting session, stage two provides the client with a designed strategy and tactical approach to assist their efforts.
Step 3
Ready for Action: Interior Plan Design
The plan design and suggested action steps are based on the information provided and the approach discussed during the planning session. Starting as low as $190.00, the cost for the plan design is depended upon the number of rooms addressed and the scope of the project.
